The tenant is considered to timely pay the rent under this subsection if, in the course of the thirty day period of the foreclosure sale, the tenant pays the rent for that month for the landlord prior to acquiring any observe that a foreclosure sale is scheduled throughout the month or pays the rent for that month towards the foreclosing lienholder
